Any information you give me will remain confidential. Anything we discuss in sessions will not be shared with any company or organisation. I will discuss some aspects of the sessions in my clinical supervision, to ensure the services I am providing are professional and safe. However, this data remains in these sessions and is not shared with anyone else. This is necessary for all therapy or counselling professionals to maintain high standards.

I am registered with the ICO, which gives me permission to collect certain types of data from my clients for specific purposes. Any personal data I collect from you during your therapeutic journey, such as name, age, gender, etc... will be stored in line with GDPR legislation (2018). 

If you wish to withdraw your data, you may contact me to do so. I will then delete all data from my files.
